FAQ
What can I store with Storeo?
Boxes, suitcases, furniture and household items, in your own container. Please don't store anything illegal, dangerous or perishable. The full list is in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I know which size I need?
A 25 sq ft unit holds up to 10 boxes or suitcases and 2 pieces of furniture. A 35 sq ft container is about the contents of a small room, and larger units go up to 210 sq ft. Not sure? Send us a walkthrough video on WhatsApp and we'll advise.
How much does it cost?
You pay a weekly price, billed monthly, and it already includes VAT and insurance. Collection is a one-off fee. You see every price, with VAT included, before you book.
When do I pay?
When you book, you pay for storage up to the end of that month plus the collection fee. After that, your storage is charged monthly. Single items have a minimum storage of one month.
Where do you collect from?
Anywhere inside the M25. If your address is in the London Congestion Charge zone, the charge is added to your price. Enter your address when you book and we'll check it straight away.
Is my storage insured?
Yes. Every unit includes insurance, and you can add more cover when you book.
Can I visit or get my things out?
Yes, by appointment. At least 3 full working days' written notice to access your container. A fee of £5 (VAT inclusive) applies each time you access it while in storage. Opening times: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, by appointment only.
How do I get my things back?
Sign in to My storage, choose what you want back, and pick a day. We deliver to your door. If you change the date at short notice, a rescheduling fee applies.
Do I need to prove who I am?
Yes. We ask for photo ID once, in your account. It is encrypted and only used to check who you are.
